Came here with a group after their shift had ended at work and enjoyed some drinks along with the lunch special. They had preferred to have drinks and apps but I had spotted the pizza/soup combo for lunch. I had a couple rounds of the different soups that they offered, had one or two slices of the personal Philly steak pizza that I had ordered and took the rest home. It was crispy, with all the fixings that you would find on a Philly steak sandwich just on a pizza. I had split a pitcher of Blue Moon with a friend and enjoyed that for the day. The server was patience with the slow trickling of people that arrived for the meal helping each of us as we got settled. Not having a place in CT, it's a short drive to the Uno in Springfield after checking out the Basketball Hall of Fame or the new MGM Springfield.

Seated outside on a quiet Saturday night waited over 15 minutes and nobody took a drink order never mind food order.The manager and waitress were to busy dancing to the music.Left and sat at the bar where service was great
Asked for the manger named Jordan .he said there was a mix up on service which is his job .Should be paying attention to what's going on -

Wow...what a disgrace. Waiting 2 hours to get served a meal is outrageous. I get that there was live music and it was busy but come on! Took 20 minutes just to be served a beer. Went up to the bar for my next drink because I figured it would be quicker. Got my beer in 5 minutes. I am outraged and need to speak to a manager as soon as possible! Then they came out at the last minute and said they were out of my precious New England clam chowder. In conclusion: ITS RAW. Bye Felicia I will not be back.

I got the worst service yesterday and last week. I won't ever visit this restaurant. This is the third time the treat me so bad. The first time was 8 years ago, and I went in last week and yesterday because my friends. The manager apologized last week that why I try again but the problem is that the customer service of the waitress are really bad. I go out to get distracted from work not to get stress.

Walked in through the Hilton, past the bar and to the hostess stand. No hostess in sight and the bar tender often looked over at us but did not try to come over or send someone over. As we were about to walk out the phone at the hostess stand rang prompting someone to run out and then they seated us with no words said. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Then after being seated, we saw multiple waitresses glance at our table, and they began to clear off tables around us but it took over 25 minutes for a server to come over who stated " they didn't see us there" yet they were cleaning every table around us. Next we waited about 40 minutes for food.
Really bad service, sub par chain food.
